You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to regularly check your tracking number. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling, then add postage time frames as stated below.

All stock is housed in California. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that becomes unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified within 48 hours & offered options for either a full refund or enable the order to be sent to you at an agreed date.

Shipping charges apply to all product orders. Our shipping cost is calculated on the weight & delivery post code.

To avoid delays & possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive & sign for the order during normal business hours. 

We only use person-to-person delivery services (i.e. where the recipient must sign for the delivery) to ensure that orders can be tracked all the way through to delivery. For certain orders (i.e. as determined by our fraud prevention policies), we may also request for the courier to verify the identity of the recipient.

Purchases made during the weekend or on a public holiday will be prepared within the next 1-3 business days following that weekend or public holiday. We allow for personal pick ups. All orders are to be placed strictly through our website.

Please note that we aim to meet stated time frames for dispatch & delivery, however many factors can affect these time frames & we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
